Our company ethic approach is defined in our Code of Conduct, Anti Bribery and Corruption policy and Company Social Contribution (CSC) programme. The CSC focus is on food-, health-, education- and infrastructure programs that are based on the SDGs.
We also support and follows guidelines for labor and human rights based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Guidelines for Business and Human Rights (UNGPs); Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises; UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC); The International Labor Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We comply with the ethical guidelines of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate.
