Investment Prospect
The Gold Project area is in a remote and underdeveloped part of Sierra Leone. The project area is of sufficient extent and with sufficient land areas on which to locate potential future mining operations, plant and infrastructure.
The Gold and Diamond mining remains one of Sierra Leone´s most lucrative export industries. The main hosts of gold in Sierra Leone are the greenstone belts. These are mafic and ultramafic volcanic, instrusive and associated volcano sedimentary rocks metamorphosed to greenschist of amphibolite facies. These facies contain green minerals including amphiboles, chlorite, epidote and serpentine.
